Subscription management now available in MSP APP!

We're excited to announce the release of a new functionality within the Barracuda MSP App! You can now make changes to your Barracuda Email Protection subscriptions directly through the MSP App. This streamlined process provides you with self-service capabilities with quicker results.

For your convenience, the formal Change Request form will remain available only if you are unable to complete a change through the MSP App.

Important Reminders

  • Cancellations of individual products can now be processed directly within the MSP App.
  • Adding new products can be done through the MSP App.
